The best way to insulate your home is to create an airtight seal by sealing the entire building envelope. This allows for no heat loss or gain. When insulating a new construction home, we would apply our polyurethane foam into all of your exterior walls, as well as the underside of your roof to create an airtight seal. This system is proving to be the most energy efficient way to insulate.

RETRO-FITS
A retro-fit application includes installing spray polyurethane foam insulation into an existing attic, crawl space or under an elevated (above-ground) home. Depending on your building requirements, open or closed cell foam may be used to install spray polyurethane foam to an existing attic or crawlspace.

Applying spray polyurethane foam insulation to the underside of a raised home will require a closed cell foam insulation to keep any moisture from molding or mildewing the insulation and/or your structure. This application prevents outside noise and humidity from penetrating the underside of your home.

Additionally, you can provide a healthier quality of air to breathe for your family with one application of polyurethane foam insulation.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
With a new construction, Xtreme Foam and Coatings installs spray polyurethane foam to seal the entire building envelope from any air movement, heat loss and/or gain. There will be 3 1/2" of open cell polyurethane foam sprayed into each cavity of your exterior/interior walls (for privacy). An average of 5 1/2" of open cell polyurethane foam will be sprayed onto the underside of the checking of the roof. This allows for more storage space in your attic, as well as a cooler work environment for your HVAC unit.
