Residential Applications

During the estimate process of the project, Xtreme Foam will be up front with the customer and rather not go on with the application unless it is the right one for the project at hand.

One of the applications we are watching grow is a retro fit to the under side of the floor of a pier and beam home by accessing through the crawl space. This application is proven to eliminate drafts, deafening street noise along with keeping dust, pollen and insects out of your home. We also provide insulation removal which would be discussed at the time of the estimate.

In the first few year of being in the spray polyurethane foam industry, we at Xtreme Foam have found that foam insulation is a very versatile commodity. We have found a vast variety of different applications for spray polyurethane foam insulation that have proven to be very beneficial for the consumer. The product has endless possibilities and benefits. One of the more attractive benefits to applying foam insulation is not on found in the insulating values, but it also acts as a sound barrier.

For example applying polyurethane foam insulation to the underside of a tin or metal roof deck will virtually eliminate noise transfer from the rain hitting the roof so that it is undetected while inside your building. Polyurethane foam is also wonderful for storage tanks first to eliminate the transfer of heat loss or gain to maintain a certain temperature for an extended period of time as well as adding structural stability to your tank or container.
